Cupid's artichokes in oil, are made exclusively with artichokes grown in our garden by Fabio, which are harvested when they are at the right point of size and crispness. Fabio has been growing them since 1993, right from the start they were a great success and many housewives in Montiano and the surrounding area cooked them and put them in oil. So much so that they were included by Arsia in the traditional products related to Montiano. Now we do it directly for you, so that you can enjoy the goodness of our land all year round. Thanks to the temperate climate of Maremma, we are able to have the product from March to May. They are harvested, processed and potted within a few hours. You can discover the taste of our artisanal Tuscan artichokes in accompaniments to a boiled meat, in a cold rice and why not on pizza. If you come to eat at our agriristoro/agripizzeria, you can enjoy them in the appetizer. They are made according to the old family recipe of Agriturismo Cupido. Each jar recounts the authentic flavors of the Maremma, using only artichokes that are fresh and harvested in our artichoke farm.
