When this particular grape variety, grown in the Tuscan Maremma, meets honey and ferments together with it, "CUPI SANTO" is born, it is always a FERMENTED Muscat GRAPE and HONEY but, aged in barrique for about one and a half/two years... resulting in a product that is not only sweet and fruity, but also very pleasant to the palate as it has the typical oxidized aftertaste. Especially recommended for lovers of aged flavors enhanced by barrique aging.
CUPI SANTO is suitable as an accompaniment to dry pastries, especially the famous Tuscan cantuccini.
