Tonight, like every Saturday, we will make pizza for our guests. Our pizza is made with a dough of type 1 flour, has a long leavening and therefore much more digestible. We also use to season it, only our own oil and tomato sauce. All the vegetables are from our garden, while the other ingredients are Tuscan, such as the very good fior di latte mozzarella.
